What do I type as the message ?
Type "sepomo" or whatever is indicated to you

I haven't received a code
Firstly, check that you sent the right message to the right number.
You can usually check this in the "sent messages"
option in your mobile. If you are sure that it was correct, then the code
should arrive within a matter of seconds. If not, there is probably
congestion with the mobile operator. If after 10 minutes it has not arrived
then please send us a mail and we will take the matter up with the operator.
Remember to include your mobile number, the web site and the time and date.

I typed in the code but the web site wouldn't accept it
Firstly, make sure that the code you typed in was the one you were sent.
On some mobiles it is difficult to
distinguish between U & V, 5 & S and so on. Secondly, make sure that
it wasn't an old code that you had been sent before.
Thirdly, make sure that the code you typed had all the 8 characters that you received.
If that still fails, please contact us through our helpdesk
and send us your mobile number, the web site, time and date.
